I don't know that there was ever really a "Industrial" designation. The International models, as opposed to the Farmall models, had the heavy duty front end, the gas pedal, and the hydraulic arms shown in your picture. Many of them may have been painted yellow as they were used as mowing tractors for road shoulders and were purchased by municipalities. The mower is NOT characteristic of Woods. The mounting is different and the belt config. is different.
